Proxy una solicitud HTTP a un puerto de sesión de navegador expuesto a través del gateway. Utiliza la URL devuelta por GET /sessions/{session_id}/url como base, luego agrega subrutas CDP como json/version o json/list. Este proxy de bajo nivel está destinado principalmente a sesiones de navegador en el puerto 9222.
