Read a model's token quota
Read current tokens-per-minute limits without consuming tokens or starting a window. Use a concrete active model, not auto. Omit selectors for the authenticated caller’s context, including its delegated external user. Human sessions may select an authorized api_key_id, plus service_account_id for a service-account key; selected keys use their ordinary, non-delegated context. Scopes with missing subject identities are omitted to avoid exposing shared fallback usage; their enforcement is unchanged. An empty limits array means no reportable token rules for this context. Untouched windows have reset_at: null; unavailable counters return 503.
Authorizations
Gateway auth: send Authorization: Bearer <mka1-api-key>. For multi-user server-side integrations, you can also send X-On-Behalf-Of: <external-user-id>.
Headers
Optional external end-user identifier forwarded by the API gateway.
